These Terms govern your use of the Med Admission Expert website and all admission guidance services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

1. Scope of Services

Med Admission Expert provides the following advisory and guidance services:

• NEET UG counseling guidance for All India Quota (MCC), State Quota, Deemed, and Management quota
• College selection recommendations based on NEET rank, category, state, and budget
• Advisory on MBBS programs abroad in NMC-recognized universities
• Document preparation checklists and verification guidance
• Choice filling strategy recommendations for KEA, DTE, and other state authorities

We are an independent private education consultancy. We are not affiliated with the National Testing Agency (NTA), Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), National Medical Commission (NMC), or any State Government body.

3. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information about your NEET score, category, state, and educational qualifications.
• You are solely responsible for verifying college information, NMC recognition, and fee structures through official government portals before making payment commitments.
• You must meet all deadlines set by official counseling authorities independently.
• You agree to use our recommendations as one input and not as the final authority on any admission decision.

4. Fees & Refund Policy

Initial consultation is provided free of charge. When you engage us for full admission assistance services, fees are agreed upon in writing before the commencement of services. The following refund conditions apply:

• Cancellation before service commencement: Full refund within 7 business days.
• Cancellation after partial service delivery: Pro-rata refund based on services rendered.
• No refund is available once a student has been admitted to an institution through our assistance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, data tables, counseling guides, and comparison reports is the intellectual property of Med Admission Expert. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution is prohibited without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Med Admission Expert shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from reliance on our guidance, changes in government counseling policies, errors in official portals, or circumstances beyond our control including delayed results, portal errors, or court-imposed changes to NEET/admission procedures.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
